Reinier Kraakman(Kraakman, Reinier)하버드대 법대 교수 및 ECGI(European Corporate Governance Institute)의 연구위원으로 재직 중. 회사법과 회사의 책임제도에 관한 경제학적 분석 분야에서 다양한 논문을 발표하였고, 회사법·회사재무·회사법이론 세미나와 비교회사지배구조에 관하여 강의를 하고 있다. William T.
